Absolutely beautiful Rockingham Brameld 3 piece sauce tureen. I have a
partial dinner service in this pattern and will be listing more in the
next few weeks. Overall condition is quite good. The undertray is
perfect. There are a few wear areas on the glaze on high points and
edges, usual factory glaze bubbles and flaws. There are no cracks or
repairs. The only damage would be some shallow nicks to the underside of
the base, very easily restored but not necessary. Approx 8" tall.
Pattern is Castle of Rochefort in France. Lovely and rare pattern from
one of the finest early transferware makers. |

Very beautiful large footed serving bowl with a lovely
scene. I do not know the pattern, it has a man on horseback and
windmill. It is flawed, and I do believe that it is all firing flaws. If
you look at the 4th photo, you can see the firing cracks. Some do go
through. the worst of which runs through the trunk of the tree. It is
sold and sound, it has a very good "ring". There are no chips. When the
bowl is upright, it displays perfectly. There have been no restorations
to it at all. I truly believe that this bowl has not been physically
damaged and all of the issues are from the firing. It is large, 10"
across, 4 1/4" tall. |

Wonderful early transferware large tankard with cows
and sheep. No damage or repair. Overall crazing. Factory pottery flaw to
underside of base, see photo 3, it is not chipped, it is fully glazed.
Excellent large size, 4 1/2" tall, 4 3/8" diameter. Unusual to find in
such nice condition. |

Beautiful early transferware pearlware plate. I do not know pattern, but
the maker is S. Tams & Co. No chips, cracks or repairs. Good glaze.
Scalloped edges, 9" diameter. Very beautiful early piece, c1830. |

Very early Wild Rose plate, pearlware glaze,
excellent quality pottery. No chips, cracks or repairs. Exceptional
condition, has seen very little use. This pattern was made much later as
well, but this one is on the earliest end. 8 5/8". |

Lovely and early pearlware knife rest in a nice willow pattern. Glaze is
beautiful. No restoration. Small nick to underside, could be a factory
irregularity, as I have a mate to this one and it has the exact same
nick in the exact same spot. 4" long. Nice, early collectible piece,
these are getting so rare to find. |

Excellent footed Davenport footed compote in Bisham Abbey,
Buckinghamshire pattern (also known as Tudor Mansion in some books).
There are no chips or repairs. There is a very tight 3/4" hairline near
one handle, it is light, but I was able to get it to show up in photo
#5. No other damage, no repairs. 11" handle to handle,4" tall. Very good
blues, impressed davenport mark. |

Excellent dark blue pearlware platter. No cracks or repairs. There are
several shallow areas of glaze loss to edges, see close ups. They are
flat, not chipped. A little bit of pitting in the well, left side of
photo, near trunk of tree and on one column of building (showing as
small white specks). Looks like it could be factory flawing. It is very
clean. 14 3/8 x 10 3/4". Very deep blues |
